There are no preservatives, no artificial ingredients, no high fructose corn syrup & no hydrogenated oil in all the gluten free baked goods we freshly prepare for you. It's gluten free, wheat free, whole grain, no trans fat, made fresh with all natural and wholesome ingredients. We used organic evaporated cane juice as our main sweetener, some items use Erythitol, Organic Agave Nectar or Grade A honey.
My husband has celiac disease, In 2012, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune thyroid disease, many suggested a gluten free diet is the way to go, I was also diagnosed with Gluten Intolerant in 2017 due to iron deficiency anemia.
My gluten free baked goods are not just empty calories with all starches like most of the gluten free baked goods on the market and we do not use corn flour or soy flour. It provides nutritional value along with soluble fiber to nourish your body. Now we have expanded our products to Vegan, Paleo, Keto and Dairy Free on top of being Gluten Free. Some are made with Organic Coconut Flour or Almond Flour. We order our Gluten Free Whole Grain Flour from Bob's Red Mill in Oregon.
I love to bake what I can eat and you can safely enjoy them knowing they are made from the finest and freshist ingredients available. I firmly believe only the best ingredients make the best gluten free baked goods. No wheat flour, gluten contamination, preservatives or artificial anything of any kind.
Our family have to follow a gluten-free and dairy-free diet, so I understand your concerns. By the way, our tools are not contaminated with wheat flour and other gluten related products, everything we make are gluten free, some are vegan, some are dairy free, some are paleo and keto.
